Little Moments Photography

If you’re looking for a Toronto photographer (or in the GTA), who may just be the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, you’re welcome- I found her for you.  Ericka, founder and photographer at Little Moments has captured some sweet moments for our family.

a beautiful candid photograph of my husband, holding our son who is laughing as we tickle him while I sit next to them holding our daughter

I’m fairly comfortable behind the camera, but when I was posting on Instagram and making photo-books I started noticing that I was rarely in the pictures. This is because 1) my husband (no offence honey) is terrible at taking photos, and 2) I am not good at taking selfies. I needed a Toronto photographer to help me out!

I love candid shots, but usually when I know someone is taking my photo it feels unnatural- I plaster a fake smile on my face and always have my hands in awkward positions. I am clearly not a model.

With Ericka it was different, she doesn’t give much guidance (unless you ask her to).  She just lets you hang out and do what you normally do, while she quietly snaps photos in the background. She was also super patient with Morris, who is at the age where he thinks making funny faces for every photo is “awesome”.

I really enjoyed working with Ericka and look forward to having her snap more photos for us over the years. Please see my Instagram for a chance to win a 30 minute photo session (in the GTA).

**Please note: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a free services and product for review purposes. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

  1. I love lifestyle photography sessions, so much more natural than really posed shots and documents more of a realistic (or slightly more put together) “day in the life”. Beautiful photos!
